Lilly Pulitzer After Party Sale Haul – September 2019

September 10, 2019 · In: Fashion, Lilly Pulitzer

Hi y’all! Today I am back with a highly requested post – my Lilly Pulitzer After Party Sale (APS) haul for September 2019! If you haven’t checked it out yet, APS is still going on until 11:59 PM TOMORROW (9/11) and you can shop the sale HERE.

I did most of my shopping in-store, but I’ll include the few things I picked up online as well. I’ll also be sure to include the size I picked up, the original price, and how much I paid. Now, let’s get into what I picked up from the sale!

In Store

Kassandra Maxi Caftan in “Hot Tamale Engineered”

This was a piece I knew I wanted to keep my eyes peeled for. I was excited to find it in my local store. I had tried it on a few months back but I had nowhere to wear it so I couldn’t justify full price. This is probably the most expensive purchase I’ve ever made during APS.

Size: S/M (Available in XXS/XS, S/M, and L/XL)

Original Price: $278

APS Price: $99

Analee Romper in “What a Lovely Place”

I originally tried this on back during The Pink Retreat and I wasn’t a fan of it. But I’m now thinking that one I had tried on a few months ago was stretched out. This is such a gorgeous print and the romper can easily be dressed up or down. At the time of writing this, this is still available online HERE.

Size: S (I am typically a size 4 in Lilly shifts)

Original Price: $138

APS Price: $49

Men’s Beaumont Shorts in “What a Lovely Place”

Not gonna lie, I only got the romper because we managed to find these shorts for Grant lol. My boyfriend is a huge supporter of my Lilly obsession and has no problem participating by coming to APS or wearing Lilly himself. At the time of writing this, these are also still available HERE.

Size: 32R (Grant is normally a 30 but hops between 30/32 with Lilly)

Original Price: $98

APS Price: $44

Waverly Ruffle Top in “True Navy”

My local store had a ton of solid tops this APS. These are great to stock up on when they’re on sale because the colors will match perfectly with your Lilly! There were so many tops I tried on, but this was the only one I LOVED. Plus, since it is navy I can wear it all year. I love the sleeves and the slight boat neck. At the time of writing this, it is still available online HERE. *Please note there is more than one top with this name*

Size: S (I hop between an XS and S in most Lilly tops)

Original Price: $78

APS Price: $34

Ocean View Shorts in “Sway This Way”

These are my favorite Lilly shorts ever! A few years back they were known as the board short. They are an elastic waist and are technically sold to be swim coverup, but I wear them out and about anyway. I always try to snag as many as I can during APS. I missed out on these earlier this year so I was excited to find them.

Size: S

Original Price: $58

APS Price: $29

Ocean View Shorts in “Glow and Flow”

Couldn’t pass these up either! I’ve never had a pair of Lilly shorts with a navy base. Very excited to wear them!

Size: S

Original Price: $58

APS Price: $29

Online

Larissa Set in “Blue Peri Rum Swizzle”

This was another item on my radar for APS. I unfortunately could not track it down in my size in store. But, I managed to grab it online before it quickly sold out in every size. I am just praying that Lilly doesn’t cancel my order due to overselling! I couldn’t believe how good the price was!

Size: 2

Original Price: $198

APS Price: $69

Mystery Stockings

This was totally an impulse buy, but I couldn’t resist. These were GWPs from last Christmas. I had gotten one for myself last year so I decided to grab two more for Grant and Gracie (our cat lol). I am excited to get them in and see what prints we get!

APS Price: $14

Well, that is my haul from September 2019’s APS! I am happy I got my two items I was searching for, plus some other good deals I know I’ll get good use out of. I definitely grabbed more than anticipated, but after last APS being a total letdown for me, it was nice to find some things I loved.

Let me know down below if you shopped the sale and what you got!

Thanks for reading!

xoxo

While this Christmas photo looks different than pl While this Christmas photo looks different than planned this year, I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas surrounded by peace and love🫶🏼

My prayer is that next year brings the blessings we hoped and prayed for this year, whether those things are big or small.

I’m so glad we decided to take a pit stop at @mo I’m so glad we decided to take a pit stop at @morganjuliadesigns brand new Jersey City location on our way home from NYC🫶🏼 This only added about 20min to our trip which was well worth it!🪡 Such a beautiful shop with so many great canvases👏🏼

Some tidbits from our trip as a NYC first-timer🚕

We stayed at @omniberkshirenyc - overall we enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect (right in between 5th Ave & Madison Ave) and was a short walk to Rockefeller and Central Park. Only complaint is that the rooms were very hot (75*+). They also had valet parking that we utilized. We drove into the city and while time consuming it wasn’t as stressful/difficult as we had imagined. I’d certainly drive in again.

Our highlights were @therockettes and walking through Central Park. We walked everywhere with the exception of a boat ride we did. We booked a car through RideLux for that which I do not recommend, about equal service to Uber for 2x the price.

The boat ride with Classic Harbor Line felt like it wasn’t worth the $100/pp price tag. Seeing the Statue of Liberty up close was neat, but that was about it. Also, if you get sea sick CHL is NOT for you!

Shopping overall was underwhelming, but we did hit the classic FAO Schwarz which regardless of the long line this time of year was a must-do! We got there 10min before opening and only waited about 10min after opening to get in.

As for dining we did some quick spots around the city including Springbone Kitchen - perfect for a fast casual but healthy meal - we did pick up and took it to our room! Ralph’s Coffee in UES was also on my must-do list and honestly it didn’t disappoint! I’ve been to the Paris and NYC locations now and both times it’s been delicious and the perfect drinking temperature, even if you do have to wait a bit. For dinner we got a same day reservation for BG at Bergdorf’s - the food and service were great and reasonably priced imo!

I’m so happy we got to experience NYC at Christmas as it’s been on my bucket list my entire life! I love a trip filled with firsts, since they’re what make lasting memories!✨

✨48hrs in NYC✨ Somehow at 27 I had still never ✨48hrs in NYC✨
Somehow at 27 I had still never been to NYC until now🌃 I’ve always dreamed of going to NYC as a little girl, especially at Christmas! Today dreams came true with a visit to Radio City Music Hall to see @therockettes and it did not disappoint👏🏼 I’ll be sharing more tidbits from my trip over the next few days🚕

*also brownie points to whoever can tell me where this iconic townhome is from😉*

30 hours at the most festive place on earth🏰🎄

We booked this trip after my miscarriage so we could get out of town, even just for a night, and embrace ourselves in holiday magic✨ While nothing will take away the pain and heartache, distractions help the days pass faster🤍

Next week we’re off to NYC for a few days full of firsts!🚕 Defintiely nervous but excited for this bucket list trip✅
