Ways To Stay Active While Social Distancing

Not gonna lie, I was extremely disappointed when our gym closed due to covid-19. I completely understand the reasoning behind it, but I was instantly worried for my health and fitness routine! As someone who works out at least 5 days a week, being a couch potato during all of this just isn’t an option. It would not only affect my physical health, but my mental health as well.

I rounded up some of my favorite ways to stay active while still social distancing! I’m not gonna lie, the past few days my creativity has sparked while working out and my workouts are better than ever. So I hope you find some of these tips helpful & motivational!

5 Thing I Do to Recover from Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend

Running any sort of race takes a toll on your body, whether you’ve trained or not. Not to mention runDisney events often have us running races multiple days in a row, which can make things even more painful at times. Needless to say it is crucial to take care of and listen to your body when you’re putting it through events it is not used to. Waking up at 3am, running multiple miles in a climate you may not be used to, and then potentially going to a park afterwards… We’re all clearly crazy lol.

How To Register For The Disney Princess Half Marathon 2020 – June 4, 2019

Hi y’all! Long time, no talk. It has been a crazy few weeks and I sadly haven’t gotten the chance to post. I was on vacation for a week with family, then after getting back I got a nasty sinus infection. After a few sleepless nights, about a dozen boxes of tissues, and a tub of Vicks, I am feeling much better! Today I have a last minute blog post talking all about Disney Princess Half Marathon Registration for 2020. Registration opens TOMORROW, Tuesday June 4th, and I’m going to tell you everything you need to know!
