Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone! This week has flown by! But honestly, I am here for it because I have so many exciting things coming up next week. I hope y’all are having as great of a week as I am. Let’s get into my weekly notables!

Gatorlillys Pop-Up Event
If y’all have been reading my weekly notables for a while, you know I started working at Gatorlillys Winter Garden in January. Gatorlillys is an upscale consignment boutique that specializes in Lilly Pulitzer, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, Lululemon, Vineyard Vines, and a few other brands. On Sunday, February 16th we are having our very first pop-up event at our Winter Garden store! Local vendors who make Lilly-inspired goods, as well as items that go great with Lilly will be there! Even my favorite, Caloosa WaterWear, will be there all the way from Delray Beach. You can even use my coupon code in person to get 20% off that day – just tell them Jayme sent you 😉 Also, I’ll be working that day, so come say hi! The pop-up will be from 11am-4pm and you can find the address for the Winter Garden location here.

Lilly Pulitzer Spring 2 Launch
This week Lilly launched more from their Spring collection. I went to my local store to do some try ons, which you can find on the try ons highlight on my Instagram! I’m honestly in love with the Spring 2 release; there are so many good prints and pieces. You can shop my favorites on my LiketoKnow.it, and click here to see the dress I already snagged from the release! Don’t forget, there are gift with purchases this weekend, so now is your chance to score some freebies.

Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend
Not gonna lie, up until this point I wasn’t too nervous for DPHMW, but now my nerves are building up. This will be my 5th year doing a DPHMW, which is something to celebrate! However, each year since my first I haven’t trained as well, nor have I gotten as good of a time. While doing these races, in my opinion, aren’t about how fast I can go, it feels good to beat your time from the previous year or race. This year I think I am more prepared than the last few years, but I still will not compare to my first race. But all I can do now is pray for God to give me the strength I need, nourish my body properly, and give it my all on race day! I am not by any means a fast runner, but I have improved my mile time over the past few months, which is a great sign.

Cheer on Netflix
Most of y’all have probably already heard of and watched this docuseries on Netflix, but if you haven’t YOU NEED TO. It follows the team members of the Navarro College cheer squad, and their journey to defend their title as national champions. I myself was a competitive cheerleader back in the day, so watching this was so relatable. Even Grant ended up loving it! He’d constantly look to me and ask, “Is all of this true?” And I would have to reply, “yes.” It’s about more than cheerleading though, it has a great message and tells many kids’ stories of how they got there and fell in love with the sport.

The Shirley Temple King
I swear I don’t normally keep up with pop culture, but I’ve been intrigued with so many “trendy” things right now, and one of them is The Shirley Temple King. I came across a video of him a few weeks ago and instantly fell in love. But now he’s gained more recognition and was even on Ellen this past week. This 6-year-old goes to restaurants and rates Shirley Temples, and it’s hilarious and precious! He also has major beef with The Cheesecake Factory’s Shirley Temple, and it’s quite funny.
Thanks for reading!
xoxo
