Happy New Year! I hope you all had a great holiday season – I can’t believe it is over. However, I am so excited for 2023. I’ve see the trend of “my favorite purchases of 2022” going around. But I wanted to put my own spin on it. Hopefully this will provide some insight on products you may have been curious about – and if you have some holiday money burning a hole in your pocket it’ll inspire your next shopping trip.
Enjoy!
Dyson Airwrap
I know, I know. There are mixed reviews of this and it’s a lot of money! But I wanted to give my two cents. The Dyson has allowed me to cut my hair drying time in half. And considering I have hair on the straighter side, the brush attachment also serves as a hair straightener for me. If your hair doesn’t hold curl like mine – I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR CURLING. But, I do use the barrels and velcro curlers for stunning volume that my hair craves! I’ve had my Dyson since January 2021 and I use it multiple times a week.
Lululemon Align Tank
I am seriously obsessed with these workout tops! They are comfy, have great support, and they come in a ton of colors. I know Lululemon can be controversial because of the price – but I have three different colors and during the summer I wore each once a week. I will definitely be getting more as they are my go-to workout top.
IT Cosmetics Airbrush Complexion Perfection Brush
I am not a person to pay $20+ for one makeup brush. However, I found this one on a great deal on Black Friday and I am now obsessed! I would totally pay regular price. It makes my foundation go on so smooth – worth every penny.
MZ Wallace Quilted Metro Belt Bag
I know the Lululemon belt bag can be a bit overdone. In spring 2022 I treated myself to this more elevated belt bag and I love it! I use it a ton – I got it in white. I love that it is lightweight and packable for travel. Plus their fabric is water resistant.
Cloud X Training Shoe
While I purchased these in 2021 they continued to be a favorite in 2022. I did recently upgrade to another pair that is better for running long distance. However these are a great trainer/day-to-day sneaker. Just recently did I start seeing major wear on them – so they held up well too!
Bumble & Bumble Pret-a-Powder Post Workout Shampoo Mist
Another product I never thought I’d buy price-wise. But if it works – it works! A stylist used this on me and I fell in love and bought it for myself. It works better than any other dry shampoo I’ve tried (and I’ve tried a lot) and it gives amazing volume.
Roller Rabbit Pajamas
I know some people are very against buying high end pajamas. But let me convince you that they are worth the splurge! I have three pairs of RR pajamas. One pair I got April 2021, one pair I got Dec 2021, and the final pair I got January 2022. I wear at least one or two pairs of them every week! If I could only pick one brand of pajamas to wear for the rest of my life, it would be these.
NIKIBIKI Seamless Bralette
These “crop tops” are the best! I wear mine as a bralette – as do many other ladies I know. They are so soft and stretchy. I have four colors and wear them constantly! I technically get mine at a local boutique, but they have them on Amazon as well.
Classic Large Pouch from Stoney Clover
I travel quite a bit and these pouches from Stoney Clover have been a great investment over the past few years! They hold way more than they would seem to, they are easy to clean, and the zippers are great quality so they won’t bust on you. Plus so many fun colors and patches to choose from! I use these for makeup, my Dyson + attachments fit in one, and I can fit tons of Minnie ears in them for our Disney trips.
Sarah Flint Shoes
When I wasn’t wearing OnClouds in 2022 – I was wearing shoes from Sarah Flint. Whether it was flats, sandals, or heels – truly a shoe for every occasion. It is amazing how much wear you can get out of a high quality comfortable shoe! Certainly worth the investment in my opinion. If you want to try a pair for yourself, use code SARAHFLINT-BAJAYMEK for $50 off.
