Gifts for Her – Holiday Gift Guide 2022

November 6, 2022 · In: Gift Guides, Lifestyle

Holiday gifts for her! Whether you’re shopping for someone on your list, curating your own holiday wish list, or you need a gift guide to send to the guy in your life – I hope this gives you some inspiration. As always be sure to check out my other holiday gift guides from this year and previous years here.

Enjoy!

Hairpin Set – $18

I am definitely a big hair accessory girl – and these pearl and bow ones are just so fun! These would make a great stocking stuffer or a great pairing with some haircare products.

Target Quarter Zip Sweatshirt – $25

I got this quarter zip from Target a few months ago and love it! It is comfortable, comes in tons of colors, and it looks so chic for a lounge piece.

Spin Cycle Ornament – $28

Who doesn’t love receiving a new ornament for Christmas? If you know a Peloton/SoulCycle lover like myself, this would be the cutest little gift!

Pearl Detailed Ear Muffs – $32

I am so obsessed with these! These would be such a fun gift idea – perhaps paired with some nice mittens or a scarf? I definitely want to snag a pair of these for myself – I just need to decide what color to get!

Lululemon Everywhere Fleece Belt Bag – $58

I got this same belt bag last year and absolutely love it! It comes in a few colors in the fleece, or if you want a lower priced non-fleece option you can find a $38 option here.

Dior Natural Glow Gift Essentials Set – $76

The Dior Natural Lip Glow has been such a popular cosmetic product this year! This set is a great gift that suits many skin tones.

Burberry Her Eau De Parfum – $112

Fragrance is incredibly personal so this may be a risky buy, however it is rarely something I will buy for myself! I almost always receive perfume of some sort for Christmas. So perhaps see what her signature scent is and purchase a fresh bottle! If you’re looking for a new scent, my personal favorites are Burberry Her and Chanel Coco Madamoiselle.

Mini II Quilted UGG Boots – $160

UGG boots are back in, and while I don’t normally fall into trends – I do love the UGG brand. I’ve put their slippers on gift guides in the past and have had a pair for nearly a decade. This quilted boot is a nice chic twist on the traditional UGG boot.

Neely & Chloe Mini Lady Bag – $218

Neely & Chloe offers amazing accessible luxury pieces. The quality is stellar without a huge price tag. The Mini Lady Bag is perfect for any occasion, it comes with a crossbody strap, and it comes in some great neutral colors.

YSL Monogram Quilted Card Case – $325

If you’re looking to dip your toe into luxury accessory gift-giving, a card case would be a great start! It’s something they’ll use nearly every day, especially if they don’t feel the need to switch out their wallet with every purse; I’ve used the same Gucci card case for 3 years now.

While we didn’t have the best beach weather last While we didn’t have the best beach weather last weekend, we still managed to soak up some sun☀️🌊

The best part of any beach trip is showering after a long day in the water and throwing on your favorite sun dress with your fresh tan🤍 I am obsessed with this new one I snagged for only $35 - plus the perfect purse to match🐚

Genuinely if I have $1 for every time I’ve been told I “don’t belong in Western PA” - I’d have enough money to move to the southern city of my choosing😂 But seriously - I’ve gotten these comments since I was in middle school!

I’ve heard it said PA is 10 years behind on fashion👀 I can confirm people don’t understand me or my Lorna Murray hat I bought back in 2022👒

Heading home after a week+ stay in the Sunshine St Heading home after a week+ stay in the Sunshine State☀️

Getting vulnerable for a second: I love creating content and blogging but photographing myself lately, especially on this trip, has been rough for my self-esteem. While curating this post I was second guessing even posting these pictures because I didn’t like the way my body looked. Over the past month I’ve been on a regimen of medications that have thrown my body through a loop have had me not feeling myself. Even a “healthy” diet and daily exercise can’t reverse the side effects I’m experiencing and it’s been hard for me to reconcile that. In this process I’ve been reminding myself I don’t look at others around me or people I follow online and analyze their bodies or looks.

So this is your reminder that we’re overthinking ourselves more than others are thinking about us. And it’s easier said than done, but give yourself grace through all seasons of life🤍

💫My Short Review of Epic Universe💫 *as a Dis 💫My Short Review of Epic Universe💫

(blog post & YouTube video coming soon)

‼️TLDR: Overall it was as chaotic as I expected so I was neither impressed nor disappointed. However I’m unsure how things will suddenly be running smoothly at the opening that’s just 2 weeks away.

✨I’ll start with our highlight which was mainly Super Nintendo World! I was a big Nintendo kid so this was very anticipated for me. While the rides were meh the land is extremely immersive. I do wish we had more time to explore the games you can play with the power up bands!

🍔As for food we didn’t eat a ton but had lunch at Oak & Star Tavern (BBQ) which was much better than I expected! Not the best theme park food I’ve ever had but definitely better than anything I’ve had at Universal in the past. We also got a frozen melon apple drink in Nintendo that was perfect for a hot day!

🐉Isle of Berk was cool overall but for such a niche IP I wasn’t really interested. The one ride we rode in the land - Hiccup’s Wing Gliders - ended up being our favorite!

🧟‍♂️Dark Universe was a tad underwhelming. I was really looking forward to it but it didn’t really do it for me. At night it was cool but the ride wasn’t as good as I was expecting. I’ve heard quotes that this is the “most technologically advanced ride in the world” and that’s simply not true. However the ride wasn’t as scary as I thought it would be!

🇫🇷Magical Paris was neat despite me not being a Harry Potter fan. It really felt like Paris! However the lack of attractions there is a huge problem.

🎢Despite it being technical rehearsals to me does not justify the amount of rides that were either completely shut down or broke at some point. Only 2 attractions in the entire park had zero issues all day. We rode 4 attractions since everything else was closed (2 would’ve caused motion sickness). I don’t see how these will magically be working in 2 weeks. The closures caused long wait time and chaos in every aspect. At opening they had no system for filtering people into queues in a reasonable manner. Something Disney figured out decades ago.

Glad we went and experienced something new! #epicuniverse
