Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend is upon us, y’all. It is once again time for me to pack my bags for race weekend at WDW. As if packing for a trip weren’t stressful enough, if you’ve packed your bags for a trip where you’re in a race you know it is 100x more stressful! Between reminding yourself to not forget your race waivers a million times to making sure you have your race attire put together, it can be quite the task. I am going to share with you all my 5 race day essentials! There is nothing special about them but I am always curious of what race gear others use, so I figured I would share! 🙂
Since we are now locals to WDW I have gotten to try some quick service options that I haven’t been able to try before. I have been so excited to try some new places as well as been able to enjoy some old favorites more often. We always try to go to places that offer an Annual Pass discount… Who doesn’t love saving money? However, we do not strictly go places that offer an AP discount. I am going to be telling you all about my top 5 WDW resort quick service dining options. For more info on these particular places (Ex. menu, pricing, etc) or other quick service options I would recommend checking out the My Disney Experience App. In this particular installment of the Top 5 Dining series I’ll be focusing on quick service restaurants strictly in the parks and Disney Springs; I will focus on resort hotel quick service dining options at another time.
Disney is known for having great food! There are so many choices to choose from sometimes you are unsure of where to go for your next meal. This is the first blog in my WDW Top 5 Dining Series. In this blog I will be giving you my top 5 favorite Walt Disney World resort sit down restaurants. Keep in mind I do not consider myself a “foodie” by any means. I typically stick to pretty plain Jane food dishes. So if you are a picky eater, like myself, these would be good options for you. Keep in mind most restaurants at Disney have a good variety of food choices. So if you are more adventurous when it comes to food, there will be options for you; if you are a picky eater, there will be options for you as well. Feel free to contact me with any further questions. I have dined at I believe every resort at most of their restaurants, so I should be able to help you out. I will include pricing and menu for restaurants that are buffet or family style. For more info head to Disney’s website or check out the My Disney Experience app.
Long time no talk. Life has been crazy, as usual. I’m finishing up my college semester so my work load has been insane. I’ve been putting more time into fitness and have been working with a personal trainer. Also, my sister has started her own business so I’ve been assisting with that. If you haven’t heard I’ve started my own Disney Inspired t-shirt company called Flying Elephant Apparel. You can check out our designs at flyingelephantapparel.com. Our next shop opening is 4/25 at 6pm est. Also feel free to follow us on instagram under the name flyingelephantapparel.
When planning a trip to Walt Disney World (WDW) you have many options that can juridically effect your stay. One of those being what resort you decide to stay at. Personally there was only one occasion that I did not stay at a WDW resort during a trip to Disney, and that was with a high school trip. In the other 50+ times I have made the trek to Florida I have stayed at resorts on property. In my opinion it truly is you best option when planning a WDW vacation, but thats for another blog…
What I want to talk about today is the hidden treasures that you will find while staying at a WDW Resort Hotel, or even just visiting one for the day. Whether you have prior knowledge of these things or not, they still may be something you would want to check out!
