What I Got in My Spring 2019 FabFitFun Box + Coupon Code

March 27, 2019 · In: Fitness, Lifestyle

Hey y’all! Today I wanted to share what I got in my Spring 2019 FabFitFun Box! If y’all didn’t know I am a #FabFitFunAffiliate which means I can offer y’all a peek into the box as well as a money-saving COUPON CODE! If you are interested I also did an unboxing of this FabFitFun Box on my YouTube Channel, which you can watch HERE.

Let me just share a little bit about FabFitFun with y’all. FabFitFun is a seasonal lifestyle subscription box where you receive at least 5 FULL SIZE products valued at $250 or more for only $49.99! You’ll receive items from skincare and haircare, to home decor and jewelry, and even fitness and food! Each season is different and offers the newest and most popular products out there. There truly is something for everyone. And the end of this blog I’ll be offering a special discount code to get your first box for only $39.99, and you can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Did I mention you even get to pick some of the items included in your box? Yeah, it’s pretty great! Let’s get into it!

I’m going to start off with the items I picked out! FabFitFun offers 2 kinds of memberships, yearly and quarterly. With their Yearly subscription, it’s a one-time bill for the year, and quarterly you are billed 4 times a year. Both memberships will give you a heads up before you’re billed. You even get a sneak peek of items in the next box before billing, so if you want to cancel you can! Anyway, with my quarterly membership I get to pick 3 items for my box. Yearly subscribers pick 5 items. So here’s what I picked…

1. Show Me Your Mumu Brie Robe

Y’all… I’d be lying if I didn’t say THIS is what sold me on this box. I’ve been looking for a nice robe for so long, and to be able to get it for less than retail value was a HUGE plus! This floral robe is soooo soft and comfortable. I want to say it is NOT a silky fabric. It’s more cotton-like. This retails for $84… Yes, $84. This alone pays for your box, y’all! If this doesn’t catch your eye, the other options were Deux Lux Demi Backpack (retails $75) or the Unplug Meditation Aromatherapy Diffuser (retails $55). But this robe is perfect for Spring and I’ve already used it a ton!

2. Quay Australia My Girl Sunglasses

I’ve heard of Quay Australia for years but have never tried their sunglasses! They retail on the pricey side in my opinion, so I’ve never splurged on a pair. That’s another great thing about FabFitFun, it get’s you to try things you may not otherwise! These retail for $55, again paying for your box. Other options included Quay Australia Vivienne Sunglasses (retails $60), Sunnylife Lovers Picnic Set (retails $30), or Korres Wild Rose Sleeping Facial (retails $48). Honestly, these sunglasses weren’t a hit for me with my face shape. But now I can pass them on to a friend or family member!

3. Spongelle French Lavender Infused Buffers

So I *technically* didn’t pick these, but I am excited I got them! For the 3 set of items to choose from the options included Giadzy Copper Plated Measuring Spoons (retails $16), Lavido Aromatic Body Lotion (retails $19), OR a mystery item worth $20+. I love a good mystery, so I chose the third option! I ended up getting a 2-pack of these body wash infused buffers, which I am so excited to try. I’ve actually heard great things about them in the past, and each sponge is good for 14+ washes and retail for $16. I got two so that’s a $32 value! I also think these would be so good for travel so you don’t have to back a bottle of body wash.

Now let’s get into the items that were surprises to me, but can be selected by yearly subscribers!

4. The2Bandits Athens Necklace

This pictures doesn’t do this necklace any justice. In person it is so sparkly and I love it! I was so pleasantly surprised to see this in my box! It retails for $30, and I will definitely wear this. Yearly subscribers could choose between this, the Ciate London Translucent Setting Powder (retails $22), or a S’ip by S’well water bottle (retails $19.99).

5. Tula Purifying Face Cleanser

I don’t know about you, but I’ve been hearing about Tula everywhere lately! Their skincare is supposed to be top notch, so I’m so excited that I got their cleanser to try out. Maybe this will motivate me to start a more permanent skincare routine…? A girl can dream… This cleanser retails for $28 and members could also pick a Daily Concepts Detox Brush (retails $18) or and Eleven By Venus Jump Rope (retails $15).

These last three items come in EVERY BOX! How awesome is that? I got 8 FULL SIZED products for only $49.99. You can get it for $39.99! Read until the end for my discount code. 😉

6. Ouai Leave In Conditioner

Not going to lie, I was a little hesitant about this when I got it since I have oily hair. But after using it, I love it! Not only does it smell amazing, but it also doubles as heat protectant and is a spray instead of a lotion. Retails for $26.

7. Dr. Brandt Eye De-Puffing Gel

Y’all, I have been all about the under-eye skin care lately. In my last FabFitFun box I received some under-eye masks and now this! I’ve used it a few times already (#teamnosleep) and I love it. It’s orange, which I wasn’t expecting lol. But it makes sense since it’s trying to get rid of dark circles. This retails for $42… Y’all. Pays for your first box!

8. Manna Kadar Body Scrub

I love a good body scrub, y’all! And this thing is huge at over 18oz. Summer is coming and exfoliating before you shave really makes a difference! Not to mention this smells amazing. This scrub retails for $24.

That’s it y’all! I’m pretty sure I’m more in love with this box than the last one. It’s so fun getting a combo of things I know I’m going to love, as well as some mystery items to discover. When I don’t like something I just pass it on to a friend or loved one! Click the link below to get your first box for only $39.99 with code WELCOME10! You can cancel at any time!

ORDER YOUR SPRING 2019 FABFITFUN BOX

By the way, I added up the retail value of all of my items. I paid only $49.99 for $321 worth of products! Isn’t that crazy! Don’t miss out on this season’s box, they sell out fast!

Thanks for reading!

xoxo

While this Christmas photo looks different than pl While this Christmas photo looks different than planned this year, I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas surrounded by peace and love🫶🏼

My prayer is that next year brings the blessings we hoped and prayed for this year, whether those things are big or small.

I’m so glad we decided to take a pit stop at @mo I’m so glad we decided to take a pit stop at @morganjuliadesigns brand new Jersey City location on our way home from NYC🫶🏼 This only added about 20min to our trip which was well worth it!🪡 Such a beautiful shop with so many great canvases👏🏼

Some tidbits from our trip as a NYC first-timer🚕

We stayed at @omniberkshirenyc - overall we enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect (right in between 5th Ave & Madison Ave) and was a short walk to Rockefeller and Central Park. Only complaint is that the rooms were very hot (75*+). They also had valet parking that we utilized. We drove into the city and while time consuming it wasn’t as stressful/difficult as we had imagined. I’d certainly drive in again.

Our highlights were @therockettes and walking through Central Park. We walked everywhere with the exception of a boat ride we did. We booked a car through RideLux for that which I do not recommend, about equal service to Uber for 2x the price.

The boat ride with Classic Harbor Line felt like it wasn’t worth the $100/pp price tag. Seeing the Statue of Liberty up close was neat, but that was about it. Also, if you get sea sick CHL is NOT for you!

Shopping overall was underwhelming, but we did hit the classic FAO Schwarz which regardless of the long line this time of year was a must-do! We got there 10min before opening and only waited about 10min after opening to get in.

As for dining we did some quick spots around the city including Springbone Kitchen - perfect for a fast casual but healthy meal - we did pick up and took it to our room! Ralph’s Coffee in UES was also on my must-do list and honestly it didn’t disappoint! I’ve been to the Paris and NYC locations now and both times it’s been delicious and the perfect drinking temperature, even if you do have to wait a bit. For dinner we got a same day reservation for BG at Bergdorf’s - the food and service were great and reasonably priced imo!

I’m so happy we got to experience NYC at Christmas as it’s been on my bucket list my entire life! I love a trip filled with firsts, since they’re what make lasting memories!✨

✨48hrs in NYC✨ Somehow at 27 I had still never ✨48hrs in NYC✨
Somehow at 27 I had still never been to NYC until now🌃 I’ve always dreamed of going to NYC as a little girl, especially at Christmas! Today dreams came true with a visit to Radio City Music Hall to see @therockettes and it did not disappoint👏🏼 I’ll be sharing more tidbits from my trip over the next few days🚕

*also brownie points to whoever can tell me where this iconic townhome is from😉*

30 hours at the most festive place on earth🏰🎄

We booked this trip after my miscarriage so we could get out of town, even just for a night, and embrace ourselves in holiday magic✨ While nothing will take away the pain and heartache, distractions help the days pass faster🤍

Next week we’re off to NYC for a few days full of firsts!🚕 Defintiely nervous but excited for this bucket list trip✅
