5 #DisneyStyle Items You Need For Fall

September 25, 2019 · In: Disney World, Fashion

Hey y’all! It’s been a hot minute… If you’ve been keeping up with me on Instagram you know I’ve had a crazy September lol. But it is a new season (Hello Fall!) and I am so ready to get back into the swing of things. And next month (October), I will be starting my Holiday Gift Guide! I know it’s too early for some of you, but I want to get them out and give y’all enough time to shop. If you’re an early shopper like myself, check out my gift guides from last year!

Anyway, today I’ll be sharing with you 5 Disney Style pieces that you need for Fall! There are so many great pieces out there. whether it’s from Disney itself or small shops. Let’s take a look!

Disney Parks Loungefly Mickey Pumpkin Backpack from ShopDisney

This little guy is DEFINITELY a splurge, but I am so happy I snagged him! Considering I live near Disney and at Disney Halloween/Fall starts in August, I’m definitely getting my money’s worth. Loungefly backpacks are my absolute favorite! They are compact yet fit so much, the perfect park bag or for running out and about. If you want something less “Halloweeny,” this one from Boxlunch is also adorable, and slightly larger!

Mickey Leopard Crossbody from Cotton On

I was so excited when I found this little crossbody from Cotton On! I love the leopard and the fact it says Mickey. PLUS it’s under $15! They have it in a few different colors, so be sure to check out the link above. The one thing I will say is that the strap is not adjustable and it isn’t very long for a crossbody. It looks better on one shoulder than worn like a crossbody in my opinion.

Fichwa! Pumpkin Tee from Grey Stuff & Co

This tee is just too cute! I got one for myself last year and absolutely love it. This is available in a few different colors, so be sure to check out the link. I also love that it’s from a small shop, I love to support small business when I can! I also should mention it runs true to size; I wear a size S in the unisex sizing.

Mickey Striped White Sneakers from Cotton On

I found these sneakers when I got my crossbody from Cotton On. Aren’t they adorable? Not gonna lie, these aren’t traditional Fall colors, but white sneakers are so in right now! Definitely Gucci-inspired in my opinion. I’m considering getting a pair for myself (they’re under $35)! They also have a light pink option that says Minnie Mouse, so check out the link above.

Mickey-Inspired Pumpkin Earrings from Charmed and Cozy

How cute are these earrings y’all?? Little Mickey pumpkins! If you aren’t into earrings she also has a pin you can purchase. It would be such a cute addition to your Fall purse or backpack! Another great small shop y’all should consider supporting.

I hope y’all enjoyed this little blog post! I just wanted to share some of these fun fall finds with you. Be sure to comment down below which is your favorite!

Thanks for reading!

xoxo

(blog post & YouTube video coming soon)

‼️TLDR: Overall it was as chaotic as I expected so I was neither impressed nor disappointed. However I’m unsure how things will suddenly be running smoothly at the opening that’s just 2 weeks away.

✨I’ll start with our highlight which was mainly Super Nintendo World! I was a big Nintendo kid so this was very anticipated for me. While the rides were meh the land is extremely immersive. I do wish we had more time to explore the games you can play with the power up bands!

🍔As for food we didn’t eat a ton but had lunch at Oak & Star Tavern (BBQ) which was much better than I expected! Not the best theme park food I’ve ever had but definitely better than anything I’ve had at Universal in the past. We also got a frozen melon apple drink in Nintendo that was perfect for a hot day!

🐉Isle of Berk was cool overall but for such a niche IP I wasn’t really interested. The one ride we rode in the land - Hiccup’s Wing Gliders - ended up being our favorite!

🧟‍♂️Dark Universe was a tad underwhelming. I was really looking forward to it but it didn’t really do it for me. At night it was cool but the ride wasn’t as good as I was expecting. I’ve heard quotes that this is the “most technologically advanced ride in the world” and that’s simply not true. However the ride wasn’t as scary as I thought it would be!

🇫🇷Magical Paris was neat despite me not being a Harry Potter fan. It really felt like Paris! However the lack of attractions there is a huge problem.

🎢Despite it being technical rehearsals to me does not justify the amount of rides that were either completely shut down or broke at some point. Only 2 attractions in the entire park had zero issues all day. We rode 4 attractions since everything else was closed (2 would’ve caused motion sickness). I don’t see how these will magically be working in 2 weeks. The closures caused long wait time and chaos in every aspect. At opening they had no system for filtering people into queues in a reasonable manner. Something Disney figured out decades ago.

Glad we went and experienced something new! #epicuniverse

Spring has sprung🌸 I snagged this iconic tweed Spring has sprung🌸

I snagged this iconic tweed jacket from @lillypulitzer most recent sale and I’m obsessed - I got the matching dress and can’t wait to wear it as a set💚

I’m also loving this belt from @jmclaughlin 🤍 As someone who struggles to find belts curated to my style when I saw this I fell in love. I finally snagged it in Newport Beach a few weeks ago and I’m obsessed! It truly elevates every look👏🏼
