An Honest Review of Sarah Flint Shoes + Discount Code

September 22, 2021 · In: Fashion

If you’ve followed me over the past 9 months or so, you may have seen me mention Sarah Flint on a few occasions – specifically being a brand ambassador on Instagram or wearing Sarah Flint shoes on my wedding day. Today I am finally writing a thorough and honest review of the brand, what they stand for, the quality of their pieces, and more.

Plus, if you like what you read, you can grab your very first pair of Sarah Flint shoes for save with my discount code –  SARAHFLINT-CCJAYME1.

Sarah Flint allows shoe lovers, like myself, to get the handmade in Italy, luxury quality for a fraction of the price. Who doesn’t love a great quality product for an affordable price? Through her experience interning at Ars Sutoria, an Italian design school that specializes in accessories such as shoes, Sarah learned firsthand about the process of creating these luxury goods. While she always knew she wanted to be a designer, she finally made the dream a reality in her early 20s.

Sarah really utilized what she learned during her time in Italy to create the highest quality of shoes possible. This means different kinds of shoes (boots, flats, heels, etc) are made in different family-owned factories all throughout Italy, depending on what area makes the best of the best. Each pair of shoes has at least 12 artisans working on it with care in factories used by other luxury designers like Hermès and Manolo. Additionally, Sarah Flint has a direct-to-consumer approach, meaning you’ll get the highest quality items for a lower cost.

Through the short life the company has had thus far, the brand has pivoted, grown, and developed into what it is today. Now you can see these fabulous shoes on inspirational women such as Meghan Markle, Mila Kunis, Jane Fonda, Michelle Pfeiffer, Lady Gaga, and so many more – check out this Pinterest board for some celebrity looks.

I think one of my favorite things about Sarah Flint is not only the quality, style, and price – but I love that women of all ages and different style preferences can find a pair of Sarah Flints to go flawlessly with their look. From day-to-day to the red carpet – there is a pair of Sarah Flint shoes for every occasion and stage of life.

I personally have three pairs of Sarah Flint shoes in my collection at the moment: two variations of the Perfect Block Sandal as well as a retired variation of the Parker 50. The Perfect Block Sandal currently comes in a few colors – all of which are neutral and can be paired with a good chunk of anyone’s closet. I personally have the sand calf, and a retired pair called the Azulejos Blue Jacquard.

While all of the pairs I have are heels, they are all extremely comfortable thanks to Sarah Flint’s signature wide toe box, extra padding, and amazing arch support. It is truly no secret why so many women wear them to red carpet events, weddings, and so much more! I didn’t even break in the Parker 50s before my wedding day, and I did not get one blister all night. Truly the most comfortable pair of heels I have ever worn.

Not into a heel? No worries! Sarah Flint offers so much more than that, and I am hoping to expand my collection soon. For a flat there is the classic Natalie, which is a fan favorite, or the Sacchetto Ballet Flat. Or perhaps you’re looking for the perfect office heel – check out the Perfect Emma or the Emma Sling. Or if you’re looking for the literal Perfect Pump, Sarah Flint has that too. And with a variety of heel heights available in various styles, you’re sure to feel comfortable in whatever shoe you choose.

So my honest review? Sarah Flint is worth every penny. These shoes are pieces of art, handcrafted carefully just for you. It is a little piece of luxury you can wear day-to-day for years and years. They are extremely comfortable, a great value, and are just a classic piece to add to your wardrobe regardless of what style you choose; they’ll never go out of style. Plus, who doesn’t love supporting women-owned businesses?

Even before becoming I became a brand ambassador, I purchased two pairs and loved them, so when I received the opportunity to work with them I was ecstatic!

💫My Short Review of Epic Universe💫 *as a Dis 💫My Short Review of Epic Universe💫
*as a Disney annual passholder*
(blog post & YouTube video coming soon)

‼️TLDR: Overall it was as chaotic as I expected so I was neither impressed nor disappointed. However I’m unsure how things will suddenly be running smoothly at the opening that’s just 2 weeks away.

✨I’ll start with our highlight which was mainly Super Nintendo World! I was a big Nintendo kid so this was very anticipated for me. While the rides were meh the land is extremely immersive. I do wish we had more time to explore the games you can play with the power up bands!

🍔As for food we didn’t eat a ton but had lunch at Oak & Star Tavern (BBQ) which was much better than I expected! Not the best theme park food I’ve ever had but definitely better than anything I’ve had at Universal in the past. We also got a frozen melon apple drink in Nintendo that was perfect for a hot day!

🐉Isle of Berk was cool overall but for such a niche IP I wasn’t really interested. The one ride we rode in the land - Hiccup’s Wing Gliders - ended up being our favorite!

🧟‍♂️Dark Universe was a tad underwhelming. I was really looking forward to it but it didn’t really do it for me. At night it was cool but the ride wasn’t as good as I was expecting. I’ve heard quotes that this is the “most technologically advanced ride in the world” and that’s simply not true. However the ride wasn’t as scary as I thought it would be!

🇫🇷Magical Paris was neat despite me not being a Harry Potter fan. It really felt like Paris! However the lack of attractions there is a huge problem.

🎢Despite it being technical rehearsals to me does not justify the amount of rides that were either completely shut down or broke at some point. Only 2 attractions in the entire park had zero issues all day. We rode 4 attractions since everything else was closed (2 would’ve caused motion sickness). I don’t see how these will magically be working in 2 weeks. The closures caused long wait time and chaos in every aspect. At opening they had no system for filtering people into queues in a reasonable manner. Something Disney figured out decades ago.

Glad we went and experienced something new! #epicuniverse
