Spring is in the air! Which means so is spring fashion. While we still have plenty of winter left here in Western PA, I have been enjoying the sun showing itself more often. As a new season turns I always have this desire to buy new pieces for my wardrobe. Do I need anything? No. Do I want new items? Yes!
