Hot Take: Disney isn’t just for kids! I know this is a major argument for so many people. But if you’ve been here a while you should know Disney Adults are safe here lol! My husband and I go to Disney a lot just the two of us. And for us, it will never get old. Today I wanted to share the best Disney World experiences for adults without kids!
Whether you are adults traveling solo – or you are bringing the grandparents on your trip with you. Here are some activities I’d recommend for those child-free Disney days that don’t necessarily require a park ticket.

Disney Tours
If you’re a Disney Adult like myself a tour by Disney may be the ultimate experience for you! We’ve done the Behind the Seeds Tour at Epcot, as well as the Keys to the Kingdom Tour. Both were fantastic but there are tons of other options Disney offers depending on your interests. Most of these tours are adults-only so it’s perfect for an adults trip.
Spa Day
There are a few spas on Disney World property. Including ones at The Grand Floridian and The Four Seasons. Both offer a variety of treatments at various price points. It can be the perfect relaxing day in between those chaotic park days.

Luxe Dining
Disney is extremely underrated for food experiences! While the vast majority of dining at Disney is “family-friendly” (meaning they welcome kids) – there are so many options that are definitely still geared toward adults. Monsieur Paul is a pre fixe menu French restaurant that certainly offers a luxe experience. Le Cellier is also a great spot for steak. There are also countless options at Disney Springs that I’d recommend for adults like The Boathouse, Hanger Bar, and Wine Bar George.
Deluxe Resort Stay
One of the best ways in my opinion to upgrade your Disney trip is to stay in a deluxe resort! The resort you pick certainly depends on your needs and budget. But if you’re traveling with adults only I’d recommend staying at The Grand Floridian, Riviera, Old Key West, Yacht/Beach Club, The Boardwalk, or The Four Seasons if you really want to splurge!

Boating
A few Disney resorts offer boat rentals, and it can be such a fun addition to your trip! You can choose to operate the boat yourself, or book a tour to fish off of the boat. They even offer firework cruises if you want something super special.
Victoria & Albert’s
If you’re looking for the ultimate adults trip experience – Victoria & Albert’s might be it! This is a MICHELIN Star tasting-menu restaurant. They have a strict dress code and only allow ages 10+ (but rarely are kids spotted). This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience.

Afternoon Tea
I love an afternoon tea experience. If you’re like me you need to check out The Cake Bake Shop’s Afternoon Tea. I love this experience and would highly recommend it – especially for a girls trip! While The Grand Floridian used to offer afternoon tea, it hasn’t come back post-covid. But fingers crossed it makes a return!
Wine Tastings
Wine lovers: there may be more experiences at Disney than you’d expect! One spot I’d certainly check out is Wine Bar George – and their tasting with Master Sommelier George Miliotes. If you’re more of a sangria fan, consider Sangria University at Coronado Springs.

Golf
There are numerous golf courses on Disney property – all beautifully manicured and groomed. Disney is certainly a great destination for golf-lovers. You can check out their offerings on their golf website.

I hope you enjoyed this special post about the best Disney World experiences for adults! It’s so fun to see adults who don’t even consider themselves “Disney Adults” enjoy the parks more than they thought they would. If you want more Disney content check out these blog posts or my YouTube Channel!
Cheers!
