My Favorite Finds: Nordstrom Half Yearly Sale - Winter 2019

Hey y’all! Long time, no talk. I took a little break for the holiday but I’ll slowly but surely be coming back to life haha. I wanted to do a bit of a different post. I normally don’t share sales, but if you read this blog post from a while back, you know that I’m making an effort to start investing in my clothing pieces.

Right now, Nordstrom is having their half-yearly sale! I want to share some high quality pieces that are great prices at the moment. The sale ends January 2nd so you’ll want to shop sooner rather than later! Hopefully y’all can find some great investment pieces that will last you for years to come.

Ugg Boots

There is a huge variety of Ugg products on sale at the moment. There is a wide variety of boots for men, women, and kids. There are also tons of slipper options on sale as well. I personally have Ugg boots and slippers that I’ve worn and loved for YEARS. Some people don’t get the hype, but they’re genuinely so warm and cozy. They keep my feet super warm even on the coldest winter days in Pittsburgh when I’m outside for many hours. Totally worth the investment! Slippers for adults start at $47 and adult boots start at $67.

Kendra Scott Jewelry

Kendra Scott offers some amazing pieces, most of them great for everyday wear. I personally love the more dainty pieces (like the one shown above that’s on sale for $32), but I know a lot of ladies love the longer necklaces like this to wear with Lilly! This would be a great time to get a head start on Valentine’s Day shopping! They have a ton of pieces on sale.

Gibson x Hi Sugarplum! Dress

So this is technically labeled a holiday dress, and while I think the plaid one is strictly holiday, the platinum option (shown above) could be worn for a variety of occasions! I just love the cap sleeves as well as the bow in the middle. You can’t really go wrong for under $60! If I didn’t already have my bridesmaid dresses picked out, this would be a contender.

Tory Burch Shoes

If you didn’t see my What I Got for Christmas video on Instagram TV (you should go watch it), I got a pair of Tory Burch boots for Christmas! This is my first Tory Burch piece and I was really impressed with the quality of the boots. The boots I got are actually on sale (but only in a size 5.5; other sizes are already sold out). However, there are tons of other options from heels and boots to sandals and flats. Prices start at $33.

Gal Meets Glam

I’ve been gushing over the Gal Meets Glam coat collection for a while now, and Nordstrom has quite a few on sale! You can get coats starting at $75 (normally $190) and dresses as low as $79 (normally $158). Needless to say, now is the time to grab something if you’ve had your eye on it! Considering up north people need winter coats until March/April, these pastel colors would look adorable for the spring.
