Hey y’all! Welcome back to my blog! If you don’t follow me on Instagram (@thenorthernprepster) you may have missed my trip to Homecomin’ at Disney Springs this past Sunday. Homecomin’ invited us out to try some of their best plates and drinks. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint! I have heard so many good things over the years about Homecomin’, but never got to try it until now. Let me tell y’all, you HAVE to make time to go on your next trip to Walt Disney World!

You can also see video tours of rooms from both hotels on my YouTube Channel as well as on my Instagram story highlights. Without any further delay, let’s get into it!

Hi y’all! I am back today with another blog post regarding The Pink Retreat! If you’re a reader of mine who isn’t into Lilly, I’m sorry if my posts haven’t been entertaining lately. I promise in the next week or so I’ll get back into the groove of things. Anyways, I’ve received soooo many questions about where to stay in Palm Beach so my next two posts will be covering two hotels I’ve personally stayed at. Today’s post is about The Colony Palm Beach. If y’all know me or follow me on Instagram you know The Colony is my AESTHETIC. Not even lying, I took a lot of inspiration from their website when designing mine. My bathroom is even The Colony themed lol.
Needless to say, I highly recommend staying there. But let’s get into it a little deeper! If you’d like to see a video tour of the room go to my Instagram story highlights (under TPR Day 2) or check out my YouTube channel for a vlog of the weekend!

Without any further delay, let’s get into the weekend recap!
Hey y’all! If you follow me on my Instagram, @TheNorthernPrepster, or my Disney Instagram, @FlyingElephantAdventures, you’ll see I recently went to Wine Bar George for brunch. Wine Bar George opened at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World in May of 2018. They are well known for their selection of over 140 wines offered by the bottle, glass, and ounce. The “George” in Wine Bar George is George Miliotes. George is one of just 256 Master Sommeliers IN THE WORLD, which means he’s a top notch wine expert and really knows his stuff! I also have to mention that I found out while doing research that he is the grandson of Greek immigrants, and for those of you who don’t know, I am a very proud Greek myself.
I just want to give a HUGE thank you to the team over at Wine Bar George for hosting me! I had such a great time and enjoyed every second of my meal and experience. And thank you to my readers for opening doors for opportunities like this. Let’s dive into the review of this unique restaurant experience!
